Returns & Exchanges

Not quite right? You have 14 days. Returns are simple, and the first exchange is always on us.

Our policy

You may return any unworn, unwashed item with its original tags within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. We want you to love what you wear — if it doesn't fit the way you hoped, we'll sort it out.

How to start a return

  1. Email [your-support-email] with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange.
  2. We'll send you a prepaid return label and instructions within 24 hours.
  3. Drop your parcel at the carrier point. Once it reaches us and passes inspection, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Conditions

  1. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached.
  2. Sale and final-clearance items are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
  3. For hygiene reasons, certain accessories may not be eligible for return — this will be noted on the product page.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Your first exchange ships free. Just let us know the size you'd like when you start your return.

Faulty or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll cover everything — return shipping and a replacement or full refund, your choice.
