How do NIGHTFALL pieces fit?
Our pieces are cut for a modern, slightly relaxed silhouette. If you're between sizes or prefer a closer fit, size down. Each product page includes a detailed size guide with measurements.
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it's on its way. Full details are on our Shipping Policy page.
How do I track my order?
Use the link in your shipping confirmation email, or head to our Track Your Order page and enter your details.
What's your return policy?
Unworn items can be returned within 14 days for a refund or exchange, and your first exchange ships free. See the full Return Policy.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship across the EU and worldwide. Rates and delivery times are shown at checkout and on our Shipping Policy page.
How should I care for my garments?
Wash cold, inside out, with like colours. Hang or lay flat to dry and avoid high heat. Treated well, NIGHTFALL pieces hold their colour and shape for years.
Are items restocked?
We produce in small, intentional runs. Core pieces are restocked when possible; seasonal drops are limited and rarely return once sold out.
